The Federal Government has initiated the disbursement of outstanding allowances for 2025 beneficiaries of the Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) scholarship program. The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has transferred the approved funds to Nigerian missions located abroad to facilitate these payments. This move aims to support scholars studying overseas under the BEA initiative.
