Nigeria now produces 10,000 passports per hour, decades of delay ended with centralised system – Minister

The Minister of Interior, Olatunji Olubunmi-Ojo, announced that Nigeria has significantly improved its passport production capabilities, now generating 10,000 passports per hour. This advancement follows the establishment of a state-of-the-art centralised personalisation centre in Abuja, marking a historic milestone as the first such facility in the country since 1963.
