President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has emphasized the necessity for Nigerian public service to transition from manual inefficiency to a more transparent, speedy, and accountable framework. Speaking at the International Civil Service Conference 2026 in Abuja, he highlighted that 38 Ministries and Extra-Ministerial Departments have successfully implemented fully paperless, end-to-end electronic workflow systems, marking a significant step in governance reform. Tinubu underscored the importance of digitalization in enhancing service delivery and urged all Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to expand their digital processes.
