Iran has issued a warning regarding the potential escalation of conflict in the Middle East, stating that the situation could extend beyond the region if the United States and Israel continue their military actions. According to Will Todman, a senior fellow at the Center, the ongoing deadlock resulting from the US blockade of Iranian ports, coupled with Iran's control over the Strait of Hormuz, is expected to persist for the foreseeable future. The Iranian government has indicated that any further aggression could lead to unforeseen consequences.
