A constituent from the Nsukka/Igbo-Eze South Federal Constituency, Mr. Idoko Chidozie, has formally petitioned the National Democratic Congress (NDC) demanding the disqualification of Hon. Tony Ugwu from the upcoming electoral race. The petition, which was submitted through Idoko's lawyer, Dominic C. Aroh, Esq., outlines concerns regarding Ugwu's eligibility. Idoko has indicated that he may pursue legal action if the NDC does not take appropriate measures regarding his demands. The petition has been addressed to the Chairman of the NDC in Enugu State.
