The Kano State Police Command has reported the arrest of 248 individuals connected to a range of criminal activities, including armed robbery, kidnapping, drug trafficking, and public disturbances, over the past month. Commissioner of Police Ibrahim Adamu Bakori made this announcement during a press briefing held at the Bompai Police Headquarters in Kano. In addition to the arrests, the police recovered a total of 232 cutlasses and 374 knives, which are believed to be linked to the crimes. The police continue to emphasize their commitment to enhancing security and reducing crime rates in the state.
