Abibu Yakubu, a businessman, has initiated legal proceedings against his ex-wife, Shuwadatu Mohammed, at the Upper Area Court 1 in Karu. The petition, filed on October 13, 2025, alleges that Mohammed has refused to vacate their shared residence following their divorce. In addition to seeking her removal from the property, Yakubu is also pursuing custody of their four children as part of the case.
