Mr. Kingsley Chinda has been officially declared the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election in Rivers State. The announcement was made by Mr. Bitrus Kwamoti, the Returning Officer, who confirmed that Chinda was returned unopposed and secured a total of 268,497 votes. This figure reflects the support he received from APC members who participated in the voting process.
