Good Governance Africa, through its Nigeria office, has emphasized the need for enhanced collaboration among government institutions, civil society organizations, and the youth to foster citizen-owned accountability and enhance governance outcomes in Nigeria. This appeal was made during the 2026 edition of the Youth Advocates for Good Governance (YAGG) Webinar, which focused on the theme of strengthening citizen-owned accountability among young people. The organization highlighted the importance of involving youth in governance processes to ensure that their voices are heard and their contributions recognized in the pursuit of good governance.
