Timi Frank, a former deputy spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress, has expressed concerns regarding the health and safety of Nasir El-Rufai, the former Governor of Kaduna State, who is currently in the custody of the Department of State Security Service. In a statement released on Friday, Frank claimed that a Russian doctor was brought in to attend to El-Rufai without the consent of his family. He emphasized the need for transparency regarding the circumstances surrounding El-Rufai's detention and medical treatment.
