The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a lawsuit aimed at preventing Senator Ireti Kingibe from engaging in activities related to the African Democratic Congress (ADC). This legal action was initiated following claims of her suspension by the Wuse Ward executives in Abuja. In his ruling delivered on Friday, Justice Peter Lifu emphasized that issues concerning internal discipline and suspension within political parties fall under the jurisdiction of the party itself, thereby rendering the suit inadmissible.
