Berger Paints Shareholders Approve N1.25 Per Share Final Dividend

Shareholders of Berger Paints Nigeria Plc have given their approval for a final dividend of N1.25 per share, which is to be distributed for the financial year that concluded on December 31, 2025. This decision follows the earlier distribution of an interim dividend of 40 kobo per share in November 2025. Consequently, the total dividend for the year amounts to N1.65 per share, reflecting a 37.5 percent increase compared to the previous year.
