The factional leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), under the guidance of Nafiu Bala Gombe, has concluded its screening exercise for aspirants intending to participate in the upcoming primary elections. A total of 1,657 aspirants have been cleared to contest across the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. However, the screening process resulted in the disqualification of 212 aspirants, with the party emphasizing the integrity and thoroughness of the evaluation conducted. The ADC is preparing for its primaries as it seeks to strengthen its position ahead of the elections.
