China's lunar exploration mission, Chang’e-7, is set to launch later this year with the aim of conducting detailed environmental and resource surveys of the Moon's south pole. According to Zhang Jingbo, a spokesperson for the China Manned Space Agency, the mission will utilize a multifaceted exploration strategy that includes orbiting, landing, roving, and hopping.
