497 stranded Nigerian migrants return from Niger

A total of 497 Nigerian migrants who were stranded in Agadez, Niger Republic, have successfully returned to Nigeria through a humanitarian evacuation program. This initiative was coordinated by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and received support from the Federal Government. The migrants arrived at the Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport in Kano, where they were welcomed by government officials and representatives from the IOM. The return of these individuals is part of ongoing efforts to assist Nigerians in distress abroad.
