The anti-kidnapping unit of the Kaduna State Police Command has arrested a notorious kidnapper identified as Abdulrahman of Karshi, Abuja. Abdulrahman was arrested in possession of an AK-47 rifle and 27 rounds of live ammunition in Karshi.
