Troops foil ISWAP, Boko Haram attack in North East

The incident occurred in the Kirawa area of Sector 1 of the Operation HADIN KAI responsibility zone during the early hours of May 22, 2026. A statement detailing the operation was signed by an official representative of the Army, highlighting the ongoing efforts to secure the region against insurgent threats.
