President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been declared the winner of the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary election in Akwa Ibom State, which took place on May 23. He garnered a total of 389,197 votes from party delegates throughout the state. The results were officially announced by Pastor Umo Eno, the State Collation Officer and the current governor of Akwa Ibom. This victory positions Tinubu as a significant contender for the presidential race within the APC.
