Yobe ADC Stakeholders Endorse Atiku Abubakar As Presidential Candidate

Critical stakeholders of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Yobe State have formally endorsed Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President of Nigeria, as the party's presidential candidate for the upcoming 2027 general election. This endorsement was made public during a meeting held on Saturday in Damaturu, which followed extensive consultations across the state. The ADC is preparing for its presidential primary, set to take place on May 25–26, 2026, where the party will finalize its candidate selection.
