The Naira experienced a decline in value against the United States Dollar, dropping by N3.15 or 0.23 percent to trade at N1,375.46 per dollar in the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEX) on Friday, May 22. This depreciation follows a previous rate of N1,372.31 per dollar. Additionally, the Naira also weakened against the Pound Sterling, losing N9.46 in the official market during the same period.
