Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense reported that for the second consecutive day, it detected increased military activity from China, including four sorties of military aircraft and six naval vessels operating in proximity to the island. As of 6 am local time on Sunday, three of the four aircraft were noted to have crossed the median line of the Taiwan Strait, subsequently entering Taiwan's southwestern and southeastern Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ). The ministry continues to monitor the situation closely amid ongoing tensions in the region.
