Operatives of the Police command in Katsina State have successfully dismantled a seven-man kidnapping syndicate associated with the abduction of an eight-year-old boy in Katsina metropolis. The command's spokesman, DSP Abubakar Sadiq-Aliyu, announced the development in a statement released on Saturday. During the operation, police recovered ₦7.5 million, several vehicles, and other relevant exhibits from the suspects. The investigation is ongoing as authorities work to address the issue of kidnapping in the region.
