The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) announced that Xejet has complied with the payment of a N2 million fine following sanctions for violations related to consumer protection. This penalty was imposed earlier in the month due to infractions identified by the regulatory body. Mr. Michael Achimugu, the NCAA’s Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, confirmed the payment through an official statement on social media.
