Afrobeats artist David Adeleke, known as Davido, has announced the commencement of construction on a multi-billion-naira mansion in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos State. During a recent site inspection, he disclosed that he acquired the land for N4 billion in January 2024, and its current estimated value has doubled to N8 billion. The project marks a significant investment in the upscale area, reflecting the growing real estate market in Lagos.
