NDLEA recovers N2.1b Tapentadol, Intercepts Chinese grandma, with drug at Lagos airport

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has seized Tapentadol worth N2.1 billion from a Chinese national at the Lagos airport. In a separate operation, the agency arrested a building engineer and another individual for possession of opioids and cocaine at airports in Abuja and Enugu. These actions are part of the NDLEA's ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and ensure public safety. The agency continues to intensify its operations to disrupt illegal drug activities across the country.
