Khalid Abubakar Gimba, an aspirant in the African Democratic Congress for the House of Representatives primary election in the Agaie/Lapai Federal Constituency, has formally rejected the results of the primary election. During a press briefing, he asserted that there were significant irregularities in the conduct of the primaries, particularly in several wards. Gimba has demanded the cancellation of the primary election results and called for a fresh election to ensure a fair and transparent process.
