Former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, has been nominated as the governorship candidate for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kebbi State for the upcoming 2027 elections. This announcement was made by Mr. Doka, who also confirmed that Aminu Bande, a retired military officer and the 2023 governorship candidate for the People's Democratic Party (PDP), has been affirmed as the ADC candidate for Kebbi Central. The nominations are part of the ADC's strategy to strengthen its position in the state's political landscape ahead of the elections.
