Major General Hassan Ahmed Shot Dead, Wife Abducted in FCT Attack

Major General Hassan Ahmed, a senior officer in the Nigerian Army, was shot dead by armed assailants in the Abaji area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. The incident took place as he and his wife were traveling from Okene in Kogi State to Abuja. Reports indicate that the couple was ambushed by the attackers during their journey, resulting in the tragic death of the general and the abduction of his wife.
