MTN Nigeria has attributed the recent poor network service experienced by customers to several factors, including network congestion, adverse weather conditions such as rainfall, and instances of fibre cuts. The telecommunications company noted that these issues have been exacerbated by a rising demand for data services. Despite these challenges, MTN emphasized that it is actively investing in the expansion of its infrastructure to improve service quality for its users.
