The Agbekoya Farmers’ Society of Nigeria has raised concerns regarding the abduction of students from schools in the Esinele, Yamota, and Alawusa communities within the Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State. According to the society, the kidnappers are utilizing dense forests in neighboring states as hiding spots for their victims, thereby complicating efforts by security forces to locate and rescue them. In light of these developments, the group has urged for the implementation of traditional security measures across the South-West region to enhance safety and prevent further incidents of abduction.
