250 women’s rights organisations condemn rising abductions of women, children in Nigeria

Two hundred and fifty women’s rights and civil society organisations, collectively known as Womanifesto Nigeria, have issued a statement condemning the increasing incidents of kidnappings and violent attacks against women, girls, and children in Nigeria. The statement, signed by the Convener Dr. Abiola Akiyode-Afolabi, highlights the alarming trend of abductions that poses a significant threat to the safety and security of vulnerable populations.
