A new artificial intelligence-driven public relations platform, AGENTPRTM, has been launched in Nigeria to assist organizations in identifying and managing reputational risks before they develop into significant crises. The platform was introduced by Dr. Celestine Achi, an AI-powered public relations strategist and founder of Cihan Media Group, during an event in Lagos. AGENTPRTM is noted as the first of its kind in Africa, aiming to enhance the proactive management of public relations challenges across the continent.
