Forest City Special Financial Zone (SFZ) has issued updated guidance regarding the requirements for the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme, following a significant increase in interest from potential applicants. Between 1 October 2024 and 31 March 2026, a total of 593 applicants were approved under the SFZ MM2H initiative, reflecting a notable rise in successful applications. This uptick has led to a corresponding surge in inquiries from individuals seeking long-term residency options in Malaysia. The guidance aims to streamline the application process and provide clarity to prospective residents about the necessary criteria and procedures.
