Patience Key, a former presidential aspirant, has officially resigned from the Peoples Redemption Party (PRP), expressing concerns over a disconnect between the party's ideology and its practical application. In her resignation letter, addressed to the PRP National Chairman, Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, and dated May 27, Key articulated that the party's core values no longer aligned with her beliefs. The letter was subsequently made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), highlighting her decision to part ways with the party.
