Ambassador Fubara Dagogo, an aspirant for the position of National Vice Chairman (South-South) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has initiated legal proceedings against the party and several of its senior officials in the Federal High Court in Abuja. He claims that he was unjustly excluded from the electoral contest despite investing N100 million in his campaign efforts. The case has been filed before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik, who will preside over the proceedings regarding Dagogo's allegations against the party.
