The Federal Government has taken significant steps to enhance pre-hospital emergency care by procuring and distributing 145 tricycle ambulances and six boat ambulances, along with emergency communication and dispatch equipment to various healthcare facilities nationwide. This initiative aims to improve access to emergency medical services, particularly in remote and underserved areas. Additionally, the government has commissioned several health infrastructure projects, including Emergency Operations Centres in Kano and Sokoto, further reinforcing its commitment to strengthening the healthcare system across the country.
