The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in Akwa Ibom has reported the apprehension of 51 traffic offenders during a special patrol operation conducted in conjunction with the Eid-el-Kabir celebrations. Mrs. Felicia Kalu, the Sector Commander for Akwa Ibom, stated that the initiative aimed to enhance road safety and minimize the occurrence of road crashes during the festive period.
