Stanbic IBTC Board To Consider Interim Dividend On July 31

Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc has initiated a closed period in anticipation of its half-year audited financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026. This closed period will commence from June and is in accordance with regulatory requirements. The board of the financial services group is scheduled to meet on July 31 to deliberate on the possibility of declaring an interim dividend.
