Comrade Walter Ukor, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress and former spokesperson for South-South Diasporans in Burkina Faso, has urged the Federal Government and the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited to reassess the contracts related to oil pipeline surveillance and security in Delta State. He contended that the current arrangements may not effectively address the security challenges faced in the region. Ukor emphasized the need for a thorough evaluation to ensure that the contracts serve the best interests of both the government and the local communities affected by oil operations.
