The recent launch of Lenacapavir in Awka, Anambra State, marks a significant advancement in the prevention of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) for individuals at risk due to their lifestyles or occupations. Following the launch, four volunteers received injections of the medication, which is designed to provide long-acting protection against HIV.
