A South-East socio-political organization, the Coalition of South East Youth Leaders (COSEYL), has urged the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) to maintain its commitment to the 35 percent affirmative action policy aimed at promoting women's participation in governance within Imo State. The call was made by COSEYL President-General, Comrade Goodluck Ibem, alongside the group's Publicity Secretary, Comrade Okey Nwaoru, who emphasized the importance of this policy in enhancing gender representation.
