Iranian officials have officially refuted claims regarding the resignation of President Masoud Pezeshkian, labeling the reports as fabrications propagated by a "disreputable foreign network." Seyed Mehdi Tabatabaei, the deputy head of communications and information for the presidency, characterized the allegations as part of "previous ridiculous media games." He emphasized that President Pezeshkian remains committed to his duties and will continue to serve in his capacity. The statement comes amid heightened tensions following a takeover by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
