They emphasized that implementing ADR could significantly alleviate the backlog of cases and enhance the efficiency of judicial processes. The jurists highlighted the importance of embracing these methods as a viable solution to improve access to justice for all citizens. Their remarks were made during a recent legal conference focused on reforming the judiciary.
