The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command is investigating a case of suspected culpable homicide following the death of a heavily pregnant woman named Alice during a physical altercation with another individual, Grace Kasimu, on May 31. According to preliminary police reports, Alice experienced severe complications after the confrontation, which led to significant bleeding. She was subsequently transported to Wuse General Hospital, where medical personnel pronounced her dead. The police spokesperson, SP Josephine Adeh, confirmed that Grace Kasimu has been apprehended and is currently in custody, while the investigation is ongoing and has been directed to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) for further proceedings.
