Primate Elijah Ayodele, the Leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued a scathing critique of Nigerian politicians following the recent abduction of students and teachers in Oyo State. In a statement released through his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele condemned the political class as "heartless and satanic," expressing his frustration over the deteriorating security situation and the inadequate response from both political and religious leaders. He emphasized the need for immediate action from President Bola Tinubu to address the crisis, warning that failure to do so could lead to his disgrace from office, and he drew comparisons to the challenges faced during former President Goodluck Jonathan's tenure. Additionally, Ayodele criticized Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde for prioritizing political ambitions over the pressing security concerns in the state, while also urging government-affiliated clergy to abandon their compromises and advocate for the truth.
