The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague has ruled against Rwanda's claim for over £100 million ($135 million) from the United Kingdom, which was associated with a scrapped migrant deportation agreement. The court determined that the UK is not liable for the two years of outstanding payments that Rwanda sought.
