Joseph Salawu, a caretaker, has filed a lawsuit against his tenant, Ambi Simon, at the Upper Customary Court in Kaduna. The case arises from Simon's failure to comply with a quit notice issued by Salawu. In his complaint, Salawu is seeking a court order to evict Simon from the property located in Unguwan Boro, Kaduna, and is also demanding the payment of N31,250, which represents two months of unpaid rent. The court proceedings are set to address these issues as presented by the complainant.
