The Allied People’s Movement (APM) has expressed grave concerns regarding the increasing security challenges in Lagos State, highlighting a notable rise in incidents of kidnappings, armed robberies, and cult-related violence. In a statement released on Tuesday, the party's Publicity Secretary, Mr. Ayodele Kazeem, emphasized the urgency of addressing these issues, which have instilled fear among residents and raised doubts about the effectiveness of existing security measures. He urged the public to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to security agencies, stressing that community involvement is crucial in combating crime. Kazeem also called for enhanced collaboration between residents and law enforcement to ensure the safety and well-being of all Lagosians, while reaffirming the APM's commitment to policies aimed at improving security in the state.
