Teachers protest wave of school abductions

On Tuesday, teachers organized protests in multiple states, including Oyo, Lagos, Ogun, Osun, Borno, Taraba, Adamawa, Kano, Sokoto, Anambra, Cross River, and Akwa Ibom, in response to the increasing incidents of school attacks and the abduction of students and educators. The demonstrations, led by the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), aimed to draw attention to the urgent need for enhanced security measures in educational institutions across the country.
