The Federal Government has escalated health screening measures at airports, seaports, and land borders in response to rising concerns about Ebola and other viral haemorrhagic fevers. Travellers who are identified as high-risk or exhibit symptoms related to these diseases will undergo secondary screening, and if necessary, will be isolated and referred for further medical evaluation. This initiative aims to enhance public health safety and prevent the potential spread of the virus within the country.
